This is my first order. From the comfort of my bed. I love this.

I have used this app twice for Walgreens items. Very reliable and it helped me in a time crunch for Christmas! I was able to take off a couple of personalized gifts and then this doesn’t encourage me to print more pictures throughout the year because it’s so easy.

This is one of the easiest apps there is to use. Seamless quick and very efficient.

Didn’t let me get it for free it didn’t set it up for home delivery it processed as a store pickup for 13.99.😡😤

Delivery address is wrong and it has no way to change it.

It’s not possible to scale your image to usable dimensions when making posters.

I had to attempt download of my 90 pictures 3 times … it timed out and then said try again later and had to start over twice , very frustrating !!!’

Their customer service team does not respond to messages, there is no way to call, no live chat, and no store number to reach out to. If you google them the address they list on their website isn’t real and their phone number is disconnected. I ordered a product on their site, realized it was the wrong one, and submitted a cancellation request in 7 minutes. Their website says you have two hours to submit a cancellation. So they just ignore you so you can’t cancel. This is not a legitimate company as far as I can tell. Prove me wrong printicular, order 9398ddc1f7

The photo edit options are horrible, why can’t I crop and edit ? Several pictures had heads out of frame, had to re- edit several times because I couldn’t save

Doesn't take coupon codes and says they aren't valid but they aren't expired til Aug 24th and suppose to be half off

I placed an order to have photos shipped to my home on July 10th. It's July 23rd and still no photos. Tracking shows they have been in Oakland for several days. I tried to reorder for pick up because I need these photos but the only option when I select reorder is shipping. That means I have to search through the photos on my phone again to select the ones I want before I can place a new order for pick up. It would be helpful if when a user selects "reorder" it offers more than the original delivery option. I am very disappointed with this experience and won't be using this app to order photos again.

Mom recently passed, sent a photo in and it was done the next day!

The app should identify steps. I’m never sure when I should place the order. I get very close to just quitting and find another printing app. I persisted this time because I didn’t want to take the time to investigate another app. I’ve put it on a “to do” list.

It’s my first time using it, but this is SO convenient!!!
